The current TTA Trevisa-Treuhand-Anstalt (TTA) is the result of a merger of four Liechtenstein trust companies, namely Zentauros Trust reg. in Schaan , ZEN Tax Consulting Trust reg. in Vaduz, as well as two companies domiciled in Balzers, namely Trevalis Trust Reg. and TTA Trevisa-Treuhand-Anstalt (TTA). The unified trust company based in Balzers has been operating under the well-known name of TTA Trevisa-Treuhand-Anstalt since January 2016. TTA is now one of the larger trust companies in Liechtenstein.
Change in Management
Since the beginning of the year (2021), TTA has a new management team. The traditional Balzner Trust Company continues to focus on consistency for its clients and at the same time to strengthen its competence in the local market. The Executive Board of the new TTA comprises of Clemens Laternser, Christoph Schmid, Alexandra Ackermann-Nägele, Romano Rheinberger und Marcel Telser.
“Broad spectrum of expertise”
According to Clemens Laternser, “International clients to Liechtenstein’s financial centre are demanding an ever broader spectrum of expertise, TTA has all the best prerequisites to enable us to meet the growing demands of the market and be successful in the future. Not only do our customers and employees benefit from this, but also the Liechtenstein financial centre itself. "
A hub for all asset-related matters
TTA is the first point of contact for all trust services. These include the formation, administration and management of companies, tax advice, accounting and audit. In addition, the range of services offered includes consulting in the areas of asset management and protection, succession planning and the structuring of holdings. TTA ensures a crossover finance approach and can therefore offer its clients tailor-made financial services in collaboration with partner banks, fund companies and asset managers. “If the client so wishes, we, together with our partner companies, offer a central hub for comprehensive services and well-founded advice for all asset-related matters,” says Laternser.
